Preachers’ Go Hard wins Most Wanted Rap Song at CCM Awards 2013

On Saturday the 18th of May 2013 at the Accra National Theatre, Preachers was once again blessed with an Award at CCML’s Christian Community Music Awards (CCMA 2013). Their Song – Go Hard which features Kumasi-based Gospel Rap Artist Christ Image, won the Most Wanted Rap Song of the year, an enviable award anyone would want for keeps.

Preachers were amazed when they were announced winners especially knowing that the Grammy award winner “Lecrae” was in that same category with his track “Boasting ft. Anthony Evans”.

Preachers dedicated the Award to the Holy Spirit and expressed their sincere gratitude to their lovely supportive fans and the Men of God behind them; Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare and Rev. Ben Sallah. They also indicated that the Award was yet another breakthrough for the Gospel Rap industry which has long been suppressed and kept in the underground.

The CCMA was awesome and we have to say thumbs up to Sunny FM, the Christian Council of Ghana and the Christian Community Micro Finance Ltd. for putting up such a great event. Bibles Up!!!
